Pricing model
MxGuard uses a pay-per-domain model. You pay for each domain you protect, not per user. Unlimited mailboxes are included on every domain.
Volume bands

Bands are flat across all domains, not marginal. Once you reach the next band, every protected domain drops to that band's rate.

- 10 domains × £3.99 = £39.90/month
- 25 domains × £2.99 = £74.75/month
- 100 domains × £2.99 = £299.00/month
White-label add-on
MSPs and resellers can add white-label branding for an extra £5.90 / month. This adds on top of the per-domain rate (not per-domain). It includes:
- Your logo, colours, and sender name on the customer dashboard
- Branded daily digest emails
- Custom dashboard URL (e.g.
mail.yourcompany.co.uk) - Sub-customer management view in your admin panel
- Co-branded onboarding emails to your end customers
- SSL certificate for your custom URL
- All MxGuard / Transcom branding hidden from your customers
Customer categories
The admin customer list shows a category pill alongside the status pill, so you can see at a glance who's paying, who's on trial, and who's an internal/included account.
- internal (indigo) — Transcom-owned accounts
- included (blue) — existing Transcom hosting customers, MxGuard included free
- trial (amber) — on the 30-day free trial
- paid (green) — paying for MxGuard
- white-label (violet) — paid plus white-label add-on
Tabs at the top of the customer list let you filter by category. Counts update automatically.
Billing
Month-to-month, no annual contracts, no setup fees. Cancel any domain anytime and billing stops on the next cycle. Card payments via Stripe, UK bank transfer / BACS available for accounts over £50/month.
